Sea Island Habitat for Humanity amidst Covid-19

Dear Supporters,

Due to the developing conditions related to the COVID-19 Virus pandemic, we have made some adjustments to our operations and schedules. We will continue to post updates as more information becomes available. 

 

ReStore (Maybank Hwy) is OPEN!

The store is open to shoppers and we are accepting donations. Call (843) 559-4009 to schedule a pick-up or deconstruction. 

Our ReStore hours will be TUE - SAT 10 - 5PM | CLOSED SUNDAY AND MONDAY.

Precautions have been adopted to limit the spread of Covid-19. We encourage anyone without the Covid-19 Vaccine to continue wearing masks. Hand sanitizer will be provided. We have installed a sneeze guard at our checkout area and we will be cleaning and sanitizing on an ongoing basis.

Job Sites & Volunteering

Our construction team has resumed building while observing reasonable precautions. At this time we are only accepting individuals and small groups of volunteers. Contact Liv@seaislandhabitat.org for more information.


Administration Office (Bohicket Rd)

Staff can be reached directly by email. The office is open from 9 AM to 5 PM on M-F for homeowner/repair applications, mortgage payments, and shipments. 

Events

  • We are hosting our Raise the Roof Auction & Dinner on November 14th, 2021 at the Seabrook Island Club. We are monitoring the spread of Covid-19 and following CDC Guidelines. In the event we must postpone or hold the auction virtually, your ticket(s) will be valid. While it is unlikely we will cancel the event altogether, we hope you will consider your ticket purchase a donation towards our mission of providing safe housing.
