Raise the Roof is an auction and dinner benefiting Sea Island Habitat for Humanity. It is our largest fundraiser and includes raffles, live and silent auctions, with the 2018 event helping us raise enough funds to build three homes in the Lowcountry.
The auction will be held at Seabrook Island Club on
Sunday, November 14th between 5 and 9 PM.
There will be a delicious dinner, live music, an open bar, fantastic auction items to bid on, and, of course, an opportunity to support our mission of providing safe and affordable housing for our neighbors in the Lowcountry.

Live Auction items include: Our signature private piano dinner with Mayor Tecklenburg; trips to Ireland, Iceland, Napa Valley, and Key West; a custom Habitat-built oyster table; and beautiful furniture set from Old Charleston Trading Company!
Silent Auction items include: Tickets to the Stingrays and CofC Basketball games; passes to local favorites like Drayton Hall, the Children's Museum, and The Gibbs Art Museum; beautiful pieces of art and painting class passes; amazing restaurant gift cards; and many fun and unique items!

The Board of Governors at the Seabrook Island Club has voted to implement a new policy for all events and indoor dining starting on November 1st. They are asking that all guests/attendees either be vaccinated or have a negative test within one week of the event date. Sea Island Habitat has agreed to adopt the same policy. While we are encouraging guests to be vaccinated or test negative prior to the event as well as wear masks if they choose, we will not be checking vaccination cards at the door to permit entry or enforcing a mandatory mask policy.
