Allow individuals, corporations and foundations to fully fund a family in their quest for a new life. Each whole house donor is also given the opportunity to become involved in that families journey towards homeownership. This is completely up to the donor, but can include the following:

· touring the home site and neighborhood with the Habitat family

· attending a private luncheon with the Habitat family

· on-site building of the home with the homeowner

· involvement in the home dedication

· an everlasting relationship with the Habitat Homeowner

For land, infrastructure and building materials, it costs roughly $55,000 to build one Sea Island Habitat house. For a full whole-house sponsorship, the donation may be paid for in installments, and two or more parties may sponsor a home together.

All donations to Sea Island Habitat for Humanity are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.

How to Become a Whole House Sponsor

If you are interested in becoming a whole house sponsor, you will join a list of exceptional donors (attached). All donations to Sea Island Habitat for Humanity can be made either by check or credit card. In order for your pledge to be appropriately registered, please mark it accordingly (form is attached).
