30th Anniversary Model House

Open for tours!

Come and tour an actual Sea Island Habitat house in Brownswood Place.  This was our first "Green Built" home - come and learn about the techniques used.  House is professionally decorated with donated furnishings - all with silent auction bid sheets for you to bid on!  Interior design services donated by Parker-Sims Interiors.

Location: Lot 15, Brownswood Place, Johns Island

Times:  11am - 4pm

Women Build 2008

For our 30th Anniversary, we're building TWO Women Build homes!  Volunteer to help two single-mother families with their new homes.  Donations & volunteers NEEDED!
